Service Level Drawing
Each month, we conduct a random drawing to recognize three employees who achieve a 100% Service Level by fulfilling all scheduled shifts. Winners from the previous month will be announced and rewarded during the second pay period of the current month.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
If you're working 35 hours or more and maintaining a 98% service level, you're eligible for paid time off. You've earned it—take the time to recharge and enjoy the break!
During the first year of service, caregivers earn 1.53 hours of PTO per pay period (40 hours/ 1 week). Caregivers employed for over one year earn 3.08 hours of PTO per pay period (80 hours/ 2 weeks).
