When do I get paid?
View 2026 Pay Periods
The Payactiv App puts you in control of your earning, spending, and saving so you can access your pay when you need it, stretch every dollar further and achieve your financial goals.
Holiday Pay
All non-exempt Caregivers that are scheduled to work on the holiday and work the holiday, will be paid 1.5 times their hourly rate if they work the day immediately before and the day immediately after the Holiday.
You can call and request to pick up a shift in order to meet the Holiday Pay Requirements.
How do I earn incentives and rewards?
Incentives are earned by participating in surveys, training modules, and company events. Check the "Incentives" page on EngageHub for current programs and how to redeem rewards.
Open Enrollment for Benefits takes place in November each year.
Full-time employees are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance.
For new employees- HR will notify you when you become eligible for benefits.
During open enrollment, changes and elections must be completed in Viventium:
- You must elect/decline a new Medical Plan as we are moving to United Healthcare
- You can make changes to Dental, vision, Life, and Disability coverage but any current coverage will roll over automatically unless you waive the coverage
- Add or change beneficiaries
